About Daniel Charles
Daniel Charles has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and product executive. He has founded three companies—DNA Charles (CRM and ERP consulting), Ubisu (outdoor storage solutions), and Brightkey (a mobile app with over one million downloads on iOS)—and has held leadership roles at DBRS (now Morningstar), Alida, and IBM, where he led teams and integrated AI into customer-facing solutions.
Today he partners with businesses across North America as both operator and advisor: modernizing legacy technology, accelerating product and go-to-market execution, and applying AI-led development to scale. His work spans technology, financial services, healthcare, and light manufacturing—from hands-on product discovery and rapid GTM to strategic advisory on fundraising and new market expansion. He also serves as the Chief Product Officer Advisory Council Leader for Georgian Partners.
